.It's the beginning of a new year. We now have an opportunity to look back at 2024 and think about what we learned and what we can do differently in the future.

To get us started on the right foot, I've decided to give you some food for thought based on the findings of the latest DORA report that came out on November 20th, 2024.

The findings from this research are insightful, as usual. It touches on some technical aspects as well that can be a great addition to your professional development, whether you are in a technical role or not.
