Hey Reader,

I just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know that I've just scheduled some classes for the beginning of 2025 and I hope to see you there.

At the end of the last year, I run a PSM and a PSM-A classes, and we had a blast. It was definitely a great opportunity for the students, but also for me, to learn from each other and share experiences.

Upcoming Classes

Professional Scrum Master

2-day live class on February 6-7 (Thu-Fri), from 8 am to 4 pm MST. Great for new Agile practitioners, whether Scrum Masters, Project Managers, or anyone in between.

Advanced PSM

2-day live class on February 27-28 (Thu-Fri), from 8 am to 4 pm MST. The next step for Scrum Masters with some experience.

Facilitation Skills

1-day live class on March 7 (Fri), from 8 am to 4 pm MST. Exactly what you need to learn how to facilitate Sprint Events and any other conversations in a productive way
